Gardai in Kerry are seeking wittiness to a hit and run in which a person cycling received minor injuries.

The road traffic incident is being reported in the context of a number of theft and break-ins.

According to traleetoday.ie: “On Thursday, at about 8pm, a cyclist was struck by a vehicle on Brewery Road near the greyhound stadium and the car was travelling in the direction of Rock Street. The cyclist suffered minor injuries.”

The local media outlet said that the car driver failed to stay at the scene. The car was silver in colour and possibly a Volkswagen Golf.
