Parking for nearly 1,500 bicycles installed across 150 locations in Dublin last year

NEWS IN BRIEF: A total of 736 on-street bicycle parking stands — which amounts to 1,472 bicycles parkings spaces — were installed at 150 locations across the Dublin City Council area in 2020.

The council’s latest Covid Mobility Report, for January 18, also said outlined that it is continuing to install bicycle parkings spaces for larger bicycles, including cargo bicycles and bicycles for people with mobility issues. One the latest location for the new stands is Bull Wall.
