WATCH: Last week’s ‘Ideas with Beers’ webinar included Isabelle Clement from Wheels for Wellbeing explain how new low traffic neighbourhoods and other cycling infrastructure has helped her “conquer London” on her hand cycle, but she warns councils need to make sure such infrastructure is accessible and inclusive.
