Dublin City Council has invited those attending tomorrow’s Leinster Finals to cycle and use the secure bicycle parking around Croke Park.
The council said: “Take advantage of over 100 new secure bike parking spaces to cycle to Croke Park for this Sunday’s Leinster Finals. Secure Bicycle Parking will be provided at O’Connell Schools (D01H9X5) and Ballybough Community Centre (D03C995). Additional parking will be available at Dalymount Park in Phibsborough.”
The bicycle parking is available from 12 noon and open until 7pm.
The council said that the initiative is part of a European-funded project called ACCESS — Achieving Circularity in Cities through the Environmental Sustainability of Sports.
Are you planning to use the parking? Afterwards, please comment below to tell us what it was like, thanks!

Better late than never! This is good progress. Hopefully a similar initiative will happen down in PUC Cork
