Why subscribe?
IrishCycle.com uses a reader-funded journalism model without a paywall. That means the people who subscribe understand the importance of keeping IrishCycle.com’s journalism open for everybody to read.
How do I subscribe?
By visiting https://ko-fi.com/irishcycle/tiers and picking the option that best suits you.
Who handles payments?
Subscriptions are managed using Ko-Fi, but payments are handled by Stripe, an Irish-American financial services company which is ranked highly for its security practices. Stripe is used by well-known companies such as Deliveroo and Booking.com. Stripe’s security level is seen as comparable to Paypal.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log onto ko-fi.com and then visit https://ko-fi.com/account/
How do I increase the level I subscribe for?
You can increase the level you pay by following these steps:
- Log onto https://ko-fi.com/
- Then go to https://ko-fi.com/irishcycle/tiers
- You should be able to select the next level, for example, “Quick-build cycle path” option which is set at €10 per month as standard, or the “Filtered permeability” level which is set at €20 per month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sorry to see you go and we hope to have you back soon. To cancel, follow these steps:
- Log onto https://ko-fi.com/
- Then go to https://ko-fi.com/account/
- Under ‘subscriptions’ look for “Membership to IrishCycle.com…”
- Click on the “…” button.
- Click “do not renew”.
- “Are you sure you wish to cancel this subscription?” and click “Yes, cancel it”.
