Fingal County Council is offering free bicycle and scooter parking to schools and clubs in its area.
The deadline to apply — which can be done via this link — is this Friday, April 19th, 2024.
The council said the aim of giving away the parking stands is to help promote active travel and sustainable mobility among all age groups.
Stephen McGinn, a walking and cycling officer at the council, said: “We’re delighted to have our Free Bike & Scooter Parking scheme open again for Schools and Sports Clubs. A good chance to update, upgrade or increase your schools/clubs parking facilities.”
