
Cyclist.ie — an umbrella group of Irish cycling campaigns — is looking to bring greenway advocates together next Saturday.
The event is designed to bring greenway groups together to share experiences and information, and encourage cooperation.
Doug Corrie from the Irish Sport Council’s National Trails Office is to give a presentations on ‘Greenway Development – Present Situation and Future Prospects’, while Colm Ryder from Cyclist.ie is to give a talk on ‘the European Dimension and National Co-ordination with Cyclist.ie’.
It is to run from 1.30pm to 4.30pm and will be hosted at Tailor’s Hall, Back Lane, Christchurch, Dublin 8. If you’re advocating for a greenway and want to attend, email Damien O’Tuama, the Cyclist.ie National Cycling Coordinator at damien.otuama@antaisce.org.
