Survey for cyclists who reported close passing motorists to the Gardai

IrishCycle.com has started a survey to find out the experiences and views of cyclists who have reported close passes to Gardai.

PLEASE NOTE: This survey is designed to be filled out per incident — in other words, if you have reported incidents more than one close pass, please fill out this survey, submit your response, and then click on ‘fill out another response’.

...That's the end of the article. Keep scrolling if you want to the comments, but IrishCycle.com *NEEDS* readers like you to keep it that way. It only requires a small percentage of readers to give a bit each month or every year to keep IrishCycle.com's journalism open to all. Thank you.

  1. A Garda patrol car that was coming towards me (on Bike) on a narrow road, revved up and came agressively closer towards me, missing me by approx.two inches max. They are obliged to take due caution, slow down and allow the cyclist pas safely. They had no siren or lights on. Who do I report that to? Their buddy’s at the station? I don’t use a cam. Pity. If I had of had one attached I would have been able to post it here.
